The fine chocolate industry is one of the fastest growing culinary categories in North America. On January 27, 2016 we honored ten outstanding chocolate artisans and Hall of Fame inductee Norman Love at our inaugural Top Ten Chocolatiers in North American event at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in NYC. More than 300 industry and media guests indulged in a cornucopia of chocolate creations crafted by the evening’s honorees.
